What We Will Need From You for Tax Services
To ensure accurate and compliant tax submissions, please prepare the following e-documents:
1. Income & Expense Records
Provide all financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements, for the relevant tax period.
2. Previous Tax Returns
Submit copies of any prior year tax returns, assessments, and correspondence from SARS.
3. Company / Personal Tax Information
Include your company registration details, tax reference number, and personal tax numbers for all relevant directors or owners.
4. Payroll Information (If Applicable)
Provide payroll summaries, employee details, and PAYE records if your business has staff.
5. Supporting Documents
Any other documents that affect tax calculations, such as loan agreements, rental contracts, or asset registers.
Important: All documents must be scanned clearly and uploaded in PDF or JPEG format. Certified copies must be signed and stamped by a Commissioner of Oaths, notary public, or police officer authorised to certify documents in South Africa.
